PMO software for portfolio governance, stage gates and executive reporting
Portfolio governance
Structure, authority and visibility that follow your PMO operating model.
Portfolio → program → project hierarchy
Budgets, EVM indices and RAG status roll up the hierarchy, so leadership sees health at any level.
Governance authority matrix
Define who may approve gates, baselines, change requests, intake and timesheets — owners and PMO act only within their limits.
Assignment-scoped access
Users see only the portfolios, programs and projects they are granted; financial fields are masked without cost access.
Full audit trail
Every change is logged with before-and-after values for audit and compliance reviews.
Intake and stage gates
From idea to authorized project through a governed pipeline.
- 1Project requests are captured, scored and triaged with AI assistance.
- 2Approved requests become projects automatically under the right portfolio and business unit.
- 3Phase gates require recorded approval before the next phase starts.
- 4Baselines are approved by the PMO; change requests re-baseline schedule, budget and resources.
- 5Workflow rules trigger notifications and actions on intake, gate and change-request events.
